In every service that THS provides we will train on-the-ground staff to adopt the practices and, in time, to train new staff as they come on board. No program or protocol succeeds without proper training and oversight. THS will be a trusted partner and advisor every step of the way as clients transition into value-based care and expands its capabilities.

Executive Director Immersion Program
Operations
Clinical Training Provide clinical training as it relates to technique and patient education for orthopedic care.
IT
HR Training : Workforce / Systems, Training on Policies, HR Processes, Leadership Training Facilitate training to staff and physicians on Human Resources information System (HRIS), policies and procedures, and supervisor/manager responsibilities.
Compliance Training: Compliance Plan, HIPAA, Sexual abuse, Fraud / Abuse Develop and deliver initial and on-going annual staff and physician training on compliance related topics: HIPAA, harassment, fraud, and OSHA.
