THS will bring you the tools and the training to assess your quality of care and to benchmark it internally as well as with other practices. We will prepare you for value based contract performance, including being organized and compliant for the OrthoForum CIN (cost of that preparation is included in THS management fee).

Service Description
Group level QIC - template only MSO Clients: Group level QIC assistance will be in the form of providing remote discussion on structure of group level QIC, agenda templates, discussion recommendations, meeting structure and best practice spread
Data Dictionary Same as CIN with additional remote discussion of metrics; remote gap analysis of group metrics compared to metric definitions
PRO Vendor Listing Vetted list of Patient Reported Outcome vendors for both Patient Satisfaction & functional patient reported outcomes. Vendors meet defined criteria for CMS registry and future metric growth.
Patient Satisfaction Vendor Listing Vetted list of Patient Reported Outcome vendors for both Patient Satisfaction & functional patient reported outcomes. Vendors meet defined criteria for CMS registry and future metric growth.
Patient Satisfaction Metric Same as data dictionary - MSO clients will receive remote gap analysis and evaluation of current metric. Assist with changing metric based on definition and methodology if needed.
Dashboarding (Arrowlytics) Strategic analysis of Business analytics data to drive accurate decision making towards gained efficiencies.
Patient Reported Outcomes Same as patient satisfaction - MSO clients will receive gap analysis and evaluation of current metrics. Alignment with AAOS recommendations & current EBP.
Basic QI Education Educational webinars to help groups understand QA versus QI, metric types including PROs, Pat Sat, HROs, Bundle metrics, data pathways, MIPS/MACRA, best practice, eventually predictive/prescriptive analytics for Model A/B.
Value Tiering Tier providers based on quality metric data and implementation status of applicable data metrics. Providers with excellent quality care and reporting all applicable metrics will receive highest tiering.
CCP Bundle Data Same as pro/pat sat.
Quality Tiering Identify opportunity with quality collection & reporting; establish focus for improvement
Intermediate QI Education see above education
Benchmarking (blinded) Applicable data benchmarked against others with similar data definitions; MSO clients receive transparent data
Group level scorecard Above data on scorecards - group level and provider level
Provider scorecard with value score see above
Appropriateness of Care criteria Development of specific criteria that defines which level of care a patient should have surgery
ASC benchmarking same as above benchmarking
Best Practice Sharing discussion and recommendations based on best practices from THS groups; best practices also shared on website
CIN level QIC Establish see above group level QIC description
Predictive Analytics Use algorithms and tools to predict risk factors for surgical patients
Prescriptive Analytics use predictive assessments and algorithms to guide patients to the most appropriate level of care including site of service, optimization prior to surgery, and post acute care resource needs
Hospital Reported Outcomes see above data sections; educate and recommend discussions with hospitals to obtain defined metrics

PA MOC MOC projects assistance includes development of ishikawa, AIMs, PDSAs, charters, data display - compile project report for submission
