Strategic Initiatives of the MSO Facilitate strategic sessions to identify and define strategic initiatives. Develop communication and training plan to engage staff and physicians.
Leadership Training and Education Expand the capacity of leaders to perform in leadership roles within organizations through training and development to facilitate the execution of the company's strategy through building alignment, winning mindshare and growing the capabilities of others.
Culturally Competent Care Facilitate staff within the organization to be culturally competent in health care through the understanding of a patient’s diverse values, beliefs, and behaviors, and customize treatment to meet the patients' social, cultural, and linguistic needs.
Personality/Diversity in the workplace Identify and leverage the latent and dominant characteristics of various personalities throughout the organization to create a diverse team that provides different traits that work together successfully to achieve the organization's strategic priorities.
Employee engagement and Physician satisfaction surveys and result reporting Facilitate bi-annual employee engagement and physician satisfaction survey to measure how passionate they are about their jobs, commitment to the organization, and discretionary effort they are willing to put into their work.
Physician Integration Develop, implement, and maintain the physicians' mindset and leadership skills to be an active shareholder within their practice.
Clinical Staff Integration Facilitate the coordination of patient care across conditions, providers, settings, and time in order to achieve high quality patient-focused care at a reasonable cost.
Metric Driven Facilitate staff/physicians how to leverage readily available data quickly arrive at data-driven decisions that can improve outcomes and performance, drive cost savings, and enhance patient quality of care and satisfaction.
Paradigm Shift Training - Dealing with Change Provide the process, tools and techniques to manage the people side of a paradigm shift/change to achieve the required business outcomes. Incorporates the organizational tools that can be utilized to help individuals make successful personal paradigm shifts resulting in the adoption and realization of change.
Process Improvement Facilitate employees/physicians in identifying, analyzing, and improving upon existing business processes within an organization for optimization and to meet new quotas or standards of quality through six sigma methodology.
