THS will Partner with clients to leverage proven operational best practices and employ standard systems, staffing models, processes and policies to insure optimal operations. Using Arrowlytics as your management/data analytics tool to identify opportunities and monitor progress, THS will help you to assess, recommend, train, implement and monitor change. Successful implementation of these strategies and practices, will position clients to realize top quartile results.

Assist in monitoring the operational and financial performance of the group and each individual provider available to OC management and each Physician
Examine, identify and implement processes and operational strategies to improve the quality of the patient care experience
Development support for existing ancillary services, including physical therapy, magnetic resonance imaging, ambulatory surgery center and DME
Provide project management services with respect to, the design of OC’s existing facilities to improve the efficiency and usefulness of existing space by OC staff and patients
