Service Description
Marketing Training THS will coordinate with the group’s marketing resources to understand current efforts, evaluate gaps, and create an education plan to ensure that future marketing efforts can be implemented at the group level.
Marketing Plan Support & Content Development Marketplace evaluation: Population, perception, brand awareness, growth opportunity. Create focal points of marketing strategy, based on 3 pillar approach. Determine local market spend, including internal human capital. Establish platform for content collection, hub and distribution.
Brand Standardization &/or Creation THS will assist in creating methods for measuring the impact of group marketing efforts and goal setting for effectiveness of marketing resources.
Marketing Analytics Initial setup of marketing resources on marketing analytics tools, planning and goal setting, ongoing support for analysis of efforts.
Social Media Initial setup for group on multiple social media platforms. Guidelines for an executable, locally based on plan
Media Purchasing and Spending Initial set up for strategy, goals, and plan AND crisis management support
Public Relations Support Education and facilitation for creating a local PR plan
Website Development Initial set up for strategy, goals, and plan AND ideation
Advise Operational / Community Integration Share experience, strategies, and common avenues for community integration and penetration. Initial setup executed locally based on plan.
Sponsorship & Corporate Partnership Share experience, strategies, and facilitate creating a plan for sponsorship to be executed at the local level.
